1. Where is my order?
After you placed an order with us, we will go through the following steps:
Payment confirmation: You have just paid for your order, our system will start to notify us of your order immediately.
Mistake-proof buffer: We will wait 24 hours to make sure you are OK with your order.
Processing: We will process within 5-10 days after payment confirmation. Processing is carried out in 3 phases.
- All products are made on order. Our manufacturing partner will receive your order and freshly print the designs on the specific products.
- Inspecting your items quality.
- Packing and printing shipping labels.
Once these 3 phases have been done, we will dispatch your order.
Dispatched: Your order has left our warehouse and has been collected by the courier for the shipment. We cannot edit your order anymore.
Shipped Out: Your complete order has been sent out and is now on its way to you. We will sent you a tracking number and you can track your order here.
2. Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most countries except for Peru and Bulgaria.
3. How much is shipping?
- Free Shipping on orders above $30.
- Standard - Starting from $4.95 for your first item and increases by $1 for each additional item.
- International - Starting from $9.95 for your first item and increases by $1 for each additional item.
4. How do I know if the item has free shipping?
We have free shipping on orders over $30.
5. How long will it take to receive my order?
Please note the total time = production time + shipping time (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods and any unforeseen circumstances.)
Production Time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. Usually Takes 5-10 Business Days
USA: 12-15 Business days.
Rest of the world 🌎: 16-30 Business days
6. How can I track my order?
As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the tracking code. You will be able to track your order in “Track my order page” by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate. Alternatively, you can track your order here.
7. Do you offer Exchanges and Returns?
